Energy Flows

Originally from San José, Costa Rica, Federico Herrero is one of the most active and influential visual artists in Central America. As part of his latest solo exhibition, Language Melody (2017), Sies + Höke published with Verlag Kettler a monograph featuring Federico's work of the past 15 years. The book includes newly commissioned texts by Lisette Lagnado, Sandino Scheidegger and Chris Sharp, as well as an interview to the artist, which I conducted this Spring. Its graphic design is by Èloïse de Guglielmo & Amélie du Petit Thouars of MOSHI MOSHI Studio, Paris. More information on this monograph can be found here.
